बिहार पुलिस ने राज्य में कानून-व्यवस्था को और मजबूत व पारदर्शी बनाने के लिए एक बड़ा कदम उठाया है। अब राज्य के सभी थानों को टैबलेट, लैपटॉप और स्मार्टफोन से लैस किया जा रहा है।
इस योजना के तहत, FIR दर्ज करने की पूरी प्रक्रिया अब ऐप-आधारित होगी। यानी, अब शिकायतकर्ता को अपने मामले के लिए लंबा इंतजार या कागजी कार्यवाही से गुजरना नहीं पड़ेगा। पुलिस अधिकारी सीधे डिजिटल डिवाइस पर शिकायत दर्ज करेंगे और उसका रिकॉर्ड तुरंत पुलिस सर्वर पर अपडेट हो जाएगा।
योजना के प्रमुख बिंदु:
सभी थानों में टैब, लैपटॉप और मोबाइल उपलब्ध कराए जाएंगे।
FIR और अन्य शिकायतें ऐप के माध्यम से दर्ज होंगी।
पुलिस थानों में वाई-फाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
कागजी कार्य कम होगा और डेटा का डिजिटल रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रहेगा।
बिहार पुलिस मुख्यालय का कहना है कि इस कदम से शिकायत दर्ज करने में पारदर्शिता, तेजी से जांच प्रक्रिया और आधुनिक पुलिसिंग को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार, इससे भ्रष्टाचार की संभावना भी घटेगी और जनता का भरोसा बढ़ेगा।
पुलिस विभाग के एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी ने कहा —
“डिजिटल तकनीक अपनाने से न केवल काम में तेजी आएगी, बल्कि शिकायतों की ट्रैकिंग और मॉनिटरिंग भी आसान होगी। यह बिहार पुलिस के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक बदलाव है।”
